The Crescent condos Montclair are two separate buildings located at 15 The Crescent and 30 The Crescent. The community of The Crescent condos Montclair is located in the heart of Montclair just a short stroll to Bloomfield Ave and you are in the heart of all the action. Restaurants, theater etc. They are 2 separate associations and building. Sorry, no garages here some unit have deeded parking spaces. Both 15 & 30 are pre-war walk up building with nice units with great period details. Not many units in either of these buildings.
