The Shores Condos Monmouth Beach was built in the early 1970’s. It is located at 45 Ocean Avenue and directly on the beach in Monmouth Beach. This is a luxury full service building with a total of approximately 130 one and two bedroom units. Amenities: 24-hour concierge desk, indoor AND outdoor pool, tennis, gym and luncheonette right in the building last we heard, plus they have on site management. There is a parking garage but units are at a premium, but there loads of parking outside and visitor spots. Sorry, this is a pet restricted building with dogs not permitted so check with our Community Specialist for details before buying.
