Woodfield Estates CondosMount Olive are located in Mount Olive in Morris County, NJ. There are approximately  50 townhomes in the community which was built between 2000 and 2008 by Kaplan. Due to market conditions, the builder halted construction in 2008. However, building resumed in 2012 when D.R. Horton started construction on the final phases of the development.  Woodfield residents share a swimming pool, basketball court, baseball field, two tennis courts, and two playgrounds.
