The Bluffs is a luxury community of 20 multi-level two and three bedroom condominiums in seven buildings in downtown Red Bank.  Built in the mid 1980's it offers  a mix of new construction and the renovation of existing Victorian-style homes. It is set on the banks of the Navesink River.
