It is located close to both the Garden State Parkway and Route 18 and just a few miles away from the beach and Asbury Park. Oh..yea..last time we checked it was pet friendly.

Park Place Condos Asbury Park New Jersey is a 6 story building built in 1963, it has an elevator of course. It was converted to condos around 2012 or so and completely renovated into 26 studio, 1,2 and 3 bedroom condos. It is jut a block from Deal Lake and 3 block to Asbury Park oceanfront. Most units have beautiful water views. At an additional cost, some apartments a have dedicated parking and garage spaces on-site.
The community of Park Place Condos Woodbridge offers 2 and 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath townhouses with garages and some units have basements. Some units are 3 stories. Great location, walk to NYC train & bus near all highways, Tennis Court is provided for it's residents.
