Cottage Lane Condos Midland Park is a well maintained community in an excellent location which is located close to schools, shopping and NYC transportation. Nice place to get started in a beautiful town. Complex features ample parking, on site laundry for it's residents and secure storage area. These are typically one level units in a building that was probably originally built as a garden apartment rental. Last we heard it had electric heating systems.
