Key East Commons Condos Neptune was built around 2014 and is one of the newer communities at the Jersey Shore.  It is located at 99 Steiner Avenue in Neptune City, NJ. The community of Key East Commons has 36 multi level townhouse style homes. Two and three bedroom options, each with two and a half baths. There are four different floor plans within Key East Commons each with different sizes and number of bedrooms. They range from 1389-2036 sq. ft. and last we heard it was pet friendly. 🙂
