Hovnanian’s Hamilton Ridge Condos, which was built in 1999 to 2000, has 118 townhomes with three different floor plans.  Some of the homes have eat-in gourmet kitchens, bonus rooms and large master suites, two story family rooms with fireplaces, hardwood floors and large windows for natural light.
