Georgetowne Condos is a residential community located off of Old Cranbury Road in East Windsor Township, New Jersey. The Community consists of 172 townhouse condominiums built in 1985 and are approximately 1,200 to 1,500 sq. ft. of interior living space with 2 to 3 bedrooms and 1.5 to 2.5 baths; no basements; no garages.  Residents enjoy the swimming pool, new tot lot and tennis court. There is also a community room in the clubhouse for party rentals by the homeowners.
