Built in 1973, They are stacked condos and are single level upper or lower condo style with one - two brs, 1 bth, electric heat, and have a balcony or patio. Parking is assigned. The location is convenient with Belmar train station and downtown being a short distance. Beaches are just a few minutes by car. Sorry..they are NOT pet friendly. 🙁
