55 Plus Community Covered Bridge I & Covered Bridge II. There are more than 1800 homes in the two Covered Bridge sections. Covered Bridge Condos Manalapan was built between 1972 - 1982. Both communities have a clubhouse, pool, tennis and gyms. Sorry, no elevators in these buildings but there are some ranch-type single level homes. The homes are either 1 - 2 bedrooms, with 1 - 2 baths. Home prices are at the lower end range. Heat in all of Covered Bridge is electric.
