Four Seasons at Mirage Barnegat is a gated community. This adult community features over 1,200 single-family homes and a huge clubhouse with a large variety of indoor and outdoor amenities. This community is age restricted to adults 55 or better, but twenty percent can buy homes at age 50 until that quota is filled.
