The Atrium Condos Parsippany is a townhome community of 40 units built around 1984. It offers 2 bedroom units each with 2.5 baths and a one car garage. They measure about 1,800 square foot of living space. This creates an atrium or outdoor rectangular court in the center of the buildings.
