Tamaron Condos Waldwick 55 Plus Retirement Community is a smaller complex located in the heart of Bergen County. This complex was built in the 1980’s and is very affordable with units starting around the mid $300,000 and up. Some are multi-floor units with garage, there are not much amenities which keep the monthly fees low. (last time we checked they were well under $300 per month) taxes are low also for Bergen County.
