Parsons Village Morristown originally built as an apartment complex (198 units)  in List your condo for salethe late 1960s was incorporated as a Co-op in the 1980’s. The community of Parson’s Village offers amenities such as an outdoor pool and playground. Consisting most of 1 br and 1 bath units, first floor units may have a basement. Units in Parsons Village have sold from the mid $100ks to as high as $350k for the larger two-bedroom units.
