The Jockey Club Condos Oceanport is an upscale Adult Community located in Oceanport, NJ. The originals developer was K. Hovnanian who developed these 44 larger craftsman-style single-family homes some up to 3,500 SF. The Jockey Club doesn’t offer any amenities which keeps the maintenance low as far as we know. But it is a five-minute drive to the beaches, shopping mall, dining and you can watch the horse races at Monmouth Race Track. The homeowner association is responsible for cutting the grass and snow removal, with homeowners being responsible for the exterior maintenance of the homes. The location is convenient, being minutes by car from the Little Silver train station, Garden State Parkway, and local beaches.
