Timberline Condos is a very nice upscale community (one of the nicest in Edison) with tennis courts, a playground, pool, and clubhouse. Typical units has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and access to a patio/decks, and a 1-car garage. Good location in central Edison, near a golf course. The Chestnut model measure approximately 2,150 sq. ft. Most have hardwood flooring and most have been updated to today’s standards since they were built in 1985.
