Shelter Cove Condos Beach Haven is located at 600 N. Delaware Ave in beautiful Beach Haven New Jersey. This BAYFRONT building has astounding views from most units. A new elevator was installed in 2002. One pet per apartment last we heard. Assigned parking…a storage shed and outdoor shower. Located in the Heart of Beach Haven…park your car and walk to the Beach and all the activities in Town. This building was built around 1982 so most of the units have been updated to today’s standards. They don’t come available that often since there are only about 15 units to the best of our knowledge.
