Hunting Hills Condos Montville is located on Heritage Court in the Towaco section of Montville Township in Morris County. It has approximately 100 units in the complex which was built between 1991 – 1994.  This nice community offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units some with garages, but none offer basements. There are some one level units offers and loads of them back up to private wooded areas. . Last we heard it was managed by Community Management Group.  There is a nice walking path and playground in the complex. The community is easily accessible to NJ Route 23 and Interstate 287 and 80. Residents can get the the bus and train very easily.
