The Villages Condos Freehold is a 55 plus retirement community. This peaceful resale community is comprised of 670 attached ranch homes.  This active adult community was started construction around 1965 and finished in around 1975. These are attached ranch models with 1 or 2 bedrooms.  All homes at The Villages in Howell have central air, electric heat, and large yards. Loads of amenities including a nice clubhouse, landscaped of common grounds, snow removal, exterior maintenance, termite and pest control, shopping bus service, and trash removal are covered by the monthly HOA.
