The Lofts Condos Asbury Park is located at 1001 2nd Ave in Asbury Park and is a community of 32 studio, 1 & 2 bedroom loft-style condominiums. The building was originally constructed in around 1875 was originally a warehouse type building. It was converted to condos in 2010. They range from 1,000 -2,500 sq. ft. some have 2.5 baths. The original building was a factory in the late 1800’s. The building was converted to condominiums keeping the building’s original architecture. These units have hardwood floors throughout, exposed brick and 17’ ceilings. There are washer and dryers in each unit, great storage and some units have private patios or decks. One assigned GATED PARKING SPACE. Pet Friendly Building.
