North Pointe Condos Sea Bright is a newer community being built in 2021. This is a waterfront community located between the ocean and the River. Gorgeous water views from most units in this luxury Jersey Shore building. Slider lead out to balconies overlooking beautiful water. This is an elevator building with the NYC Fairy only 1.8 away so it’s great for the NYC commuter. Last we heard it was pet friendly!
