Leisure Village West at Manchester
This gated golf course community started construction in 1972 and finished in approximately 1993. Leisure Village West has loads of activities and events with three clubhouses and over 50 clubs for people with every interest to join. These are the most reasonably priced homes of most of the Jersey Shore retirement communities. Club Encore has a gym, pool hall, music room, theater, library, pool, spa, pickle ball and loads of other amenities.

It was designed specifically for Senior and has loads of clubs, amenities and activities for every retirement lifestyle. Some of the larger communities over (over 1,000 homes) have full time activity and recreation directors. Some communities offer bus service to local shopping center, trips to movies and other nice activities.

The Maintenance Fee, what does it pay for? Typically in most communities the maintenance fee covers: (Each complex is different as far as what is covered, but this is a general guide)

- Insurance of building, management fee.
