Diplomat Condos is located 2 blocks to the beach and offers a large elevated pool and pool deck, laundry facilities, game room, elevator and front lobby that will rent your unit for you if you so desire you decide to buy as an investment. Diplomat condos is close to restaurants and shopping and all Wildwood has to offer. Condo fees all utilities except electric. It also covers building insurance and exterior maintenance and most of the flood policy (owner pays a small portion annually). There is also a management fee of around 300. annually and a one time buy in fee of 500.
