Although it’s located in Manchester, it’s in the Whiting section. These communties offer easy access to the Garden State Parkway. In the 7 villages there are 5,500 homes, something for everyone and over 8,000 residents. homes.
Each section 1-7 has it’s own homeowners association, therefore there’s a monthly fee. The services and amenities provided by the monthly fee vary from community to community.

This is one of the larger 55 Plus Retirement Communities in the State. They typically have loads of clubs, amenities and activities for every retirement lifestyle. Some of the larger communities over (over 1,000 homes) have full time activity and recreation directors. Some communities offer bus service to local shopping center, trips to movies and other nice activities.
What does the monthly HOA fees typically pay for?
