Cedar Brook Condos Parsippany New Jersey
The community of Cedar Brook Condos Parsippany community was built in the 1960 as garden apartments. It was converted later on probably around the 1970’s. It offers 194 condos in the complex and offers one and two bedroom condo units. These are stacked condos, there are shared laundry rooms and assigned parking for each unit. We have two reported management companies . The community has a pool, tennis court, volleyball court, and playground. It is located with easy accessible to NJ Route 10. Last we heard NO DOGS were allowed but cats were ok…..not good for all you dog lovers. 🙁
