There are about 250 homes in Beau Ridge and it was in 2000.   Beau Ridge  condominium living is set up like single family detached living. Each homeowner is responsible for maintenance of the home both inside and out. The Association takes care of snow and trash removal, care of the common areas and lawn care. Beau Ridge Condos Holmdel allows pets.  Sizes range from 2057 to 2456 square feet

There are three models:

• Alabaster
• Carrara

Homes have a basement and two car garages.  Amenities include a community clubhouse, pool, tennis and basketball courts and a playground for children.  Beau Ridge is close to Middletown train station just over 2 miles away. The Garden State Parkway about 1.5 miles.

  • Insurance of building, management fee.
  • Capital improvement fund for roof, driveways walkway replacement.

  In an older garden apartment type and high rise building community the maintenance may  sometimes cover the heat and hot water.
